Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025 ย ยทย  hoardingcleanupashland.com ย ยทย  Ashland, Kentucky

This policy governs all personally identifiable information collected through hoardingcleanupashland.com and any intake, scheduling, or dispatch interaction conducted through this portal. It applies to every visitor, prospective client, referred contact, and confirmed service recipient. Using this portal means you accept these terms without qualification.

What We Collect and Why

The Company collects information you provide directly โ€” your name, phone number, property address, and a description of the service need. We also collect technical data your device generates automatically: IP address, browser type, session timestamps, and referring URL. None of that technical data is sold. It exists for diagnostic purposes only.

Service intake may request additional detail about property conditions, known biohazards, or access restrictions. That information is used exclusively to dispatch appropriate crews and equipment. It is not shared with third parties except as required by Kentucky law or applicable regulatory authority.

The As-Is, Where-Is Service Standard

Read this section carefully. It is not boilerplate.

hoardingcleanupashland.com and every affiliated service provider dispatched through this portal assume zero liability for the following, without exception:

Pre-existing structural damageโ€” any damage to flooring, walls, ceilings, load-bearing elements, plumbing, or electrical systems discovered during or after cleanup operations, regardless of whether that damage was visible prior to service commencement.

Undisclosed biohazards, chemical contamination, or biological agentsโ€” any hazardous material, substance, or organism not identified and declared by the client before crews begin work. This includes but is not limited to mold colonies, rodent infestation byproducts, unidentified chemical storage, sharps, and decomposition matter not disclosed at intake.

Authorized item removalโ€” the disposal, removal, or destruction of any items explicitly authorized by the client during the cleanup process. Once written or verbal authorization is given, that authorization is final. The Company bears no responsibility for items removed under client direction.

All service rendered through this portal is provided on an as-is, where-is basis. No warranty โ€” express or implied โ€” attaches to any cleanup, remediation, or biohazard removal service arranged through hoardingcleanupashland.com.

Regulatory Compliance

The Company operates in formal adherence to regulations established by the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet (EEC), including applicable standards governing biohazardous waste handling, chemical remediation disposal, and environmental protection protocols relevant to residential and commercial cleanup operations in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

How Your Data Moves

Your intake information routes to dispatch personnel. That's the primary use. Secondary uses are narrow: crew coordination, follow-up scheduling, and regulatory recordkeeping as required by Kentucky EEC guidelines. The Company does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to data brokers, marketing platforms, or unaffiliated commercial entities.

Third-party service contractors dispatched through this portal may receive the property address and contact number necessary to complete a job. They are bound by confidentiality expectations consistent with this policy.

Cookies and Tracking Technology

This portal uses session cookies for basic functionality โ€” keeping your form data intact while you navigate between pages. No persistent tracking cookies are deployed for advertising purposes. No retargeting pixels from third-party ad networks are embedded in this portal.

Promotional Vouchers and Gift Cards

Any promotional vouchers, discount codes, or gift cards issued in connection with hoardingcleanupashland.com are completely non-refundable under any circumstance. Their cash value is $0.00. All such vouchers and gift cards are completely void within the State of California and may not be redeemed, transferred, or applied to any service from within that jurisdiction.

Data Retention

Client records are retained for a minimum of three years following service completion, consistent with Kentucky recordkeeping standards and potential regulatory audit requirements under the EEC framework. After that period, records are purged unless an open dispute, active legal matter, or regulatory inquiry requires their preservation.

Data Security

Standard security measures are in place โ€” encrypted form transmission, restricted internal access to client records, and routine review of data handling practices. No digital system is immune to breach. The Company cannot guarantee absolute security. What it can guarantee is that your data isn't being used for anything other than service delivery and compliance.

Policy Changes

This policy may be updated without advance notice. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this portal after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute arising from the use of this portal or services arranged through it shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Boyd County, Kentucky, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
